We will always consider our customers’ needs and requirements when placing orders; however, we ask you to consider all of the following when placing your orders.

We deliver all our products on pallets (either small 20kg bags or bulk bags)

All our nationwide deliveries are made on a subcontracted tail lift lorry and lowered to the ground. A manual pallet truck is then used to manoeuvre the pallet into place as near to your property as is deemed safe by the delivery driver. It must be stressed that on all nationwide deliveries more than 20 miles away from our location there is NO crane offload by this method of transport. Should you request that the delivery vehicle leave the public highway to make the delivery, it is your responsibility to ensure that the access is suitable for a heavy vehicle. Neither the company nor the carrier can be held responsible or liable for any damages to property during delivery arising because of unsuitable access.

It is imperative that your delivery address allows loads to be delivered to a flat and solid surface (not gravelled). You will also need to ensure there is appropriate access space for the delivery vehicle itself. If there are any delivery restraints, for example, weight limit, restricted street access, or soft ground, please let us know as soon as possible before the order leaves for your location.

Please be aware that if we cannot access your site safely and without damaging the property, the delivery will not be completed. Your order will either be sent back to the courier location or returned to us, where storage and re-delivery charges may apply. We require that someone always be present at your premises to sign and take the delivery.

Deliveries close to our site and within a 20-mile radius can be delivered directly by our team at Sheffield with our crane off-load vehicle.

All delivery charges are subject to the delivery postcode and will vary accordingly.

Please bear in mind that our products are seasonal, and therefore, summertime can be a busy period, leading to slightly longer delivery times. Salstone economy delivery is our standard delivery of 2-4 days from the date of dispatch. No Bank Holiday deliveries are available.
