How much does it cost to deliver?

Once you have chosen your stone, the website will ask you for your delivery address; once entered, the shipping fee will be applied to your order.
Can I request a delivery time?

Accurate delivery times are very difficult to set. We will always supply a specific date that suits you, and we can always request an AM or PM slot for the day.
I need to rearrange my delivery date?

Please contact the office on 01909 399008 as soon as possible. Depending on the time available, we can hopefully amend the delivery.
I have an issue with the product I delivered. How do I report this?

How can I amend or cancel my order?

We request any changes be made as soon as possible to avoid future issues. Please call the office on 01909 399008.
Do the prices include VAT?

All our website prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%. In the event of a change in the VAT rate, our prices will be updated to reflect this.
Am I able to get a small sample?

Yes, we are happy to offer small samples on request at a small charge for postage and packaging. Once a first order is placed, this charge will be refundable.
What Payment options are available?

We take Debit/Credit card payments, Paypal and Bacs.
Can I place an order online but request it to be collected?

Unfortunately, that is not possible. Please call our office at 01909 399008 to place the order if you wish to collect it from our site in person.
What quantities will I require for the space I need to fill?

Can I return a product I no longer require?
+
To be eligible for a refund, you must have returned the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, in the same packaging and undamaged. After inspection from Salstone, a refund will be applied using the same payment method in which it was initially purchased.
